Every one of these starts as a question somebody asks out loud on a site, a line or a claims desk. Each one names the question the camera is answering, the label geometry it forces, and the condition that breaks it after launch.
The geometry is the part that costs money to get wrong. Deciding between a box and a mask is a decision about what the answer has to contain, and reversing it means labelling everything twice.
